A couple of fun shows coming up. The first is in Beacon, NY on Sat Jan 10 with Hank & The Skinny 3 and Lianne Smith. It's at a local bowling alley, and we're not sure why live rock and roll and bowilng go so well together, but at this point this has been proven as fact! The second is at the Hi-Fi, which once upon a time was Brownies, the coolest spot to play in NYC. We played there back in November, and it went so well that booker Mike is letting us come back on Sat Feb 7. This time Carrie Ashley Hill will open up. We're very psyched to be playing these shows. Check our 'shows' page for more info.

There's a fun last-minute show happening in Rockaway Beach next Saturday night Sept 27. For those up for what is sure to be an interesting adventure, you can 'take the A train' down there - who knew? For more details as they come in, check out our Facebook page or the venue's webpage. See you there!

(as written to our email list)

EP#2 in our series is out today! It's titled "Nemet Uul" - head on over to our webshop to listen to it in its entirety - and purchase:
http://ssatlon.bandcamp.com/album/nemegt-uul-ep
You can also find it at Itunes, Amazon, Emusic and lots of other fine retailers.
Please allow us to give you a quick tour of the three songs on the EP, in order:

"All Part Of His Plan" has long been a live favourite (looking at you Toby Goodshank and Bruce Lynn!). Hat's off to the amazing Aaron Kant for playing the crap out of the drums on this song and also the third one. Sending you Peter Falk smoke signals, Aaron!

"Never Know What To Say" - this one is an outtake from a time long begone, with our dear friend and original drummer Pete Hayes on drums. Recorded by wunderkind Juan Pieczanski of the band Small Black, this track is an exclusive offering, ie - it will *not* be on the final cumulative vinyl release, so take it out for a spin. Did you know Pete played with us at our recent show in Beacon, NY?

"It's OK" - yep that's Steve's solo in the middle, but allow yourself to be pointed toward the dual madness that is Alec and dAve at the outro. Holy smokes!

To celebrate, we're throwing a bash at Cake Shop this Friday night with our newest member Dan Mintzer pounding the skins. Check out the amazing line-up we have in store for you:
